We got our basement kitchen renovated from Townhill Constructions. With a tight deadline in hand, the project started and ended exactly within the time frame we wanted to. We were provided with a clear plan of how things will progress, the estimated cost, materials, color of the walls and cabinets were discussed and appropriate suggestions to utilize the space were provided. Lovepreet and his colleagues were very punctual, friendly, highly professional, trustworthy and a very dedicated team. We faced no challanges in working with them. Not only did they complete the project in time, they ensure the place was broom cleaned to avoid any hassle to us. They went above and beyond to help us move our appliances in the basement and upper lever and had it installed without issues. The best part is that the kitchen is looking amazing and the project was completed within our budget. I'm pleased to have appointed Townhill Constructions for this job and would highly recommend their service.

This was my first experience for renovations and as an engineer I had done my due diligence on everything - From DIY to meeting a few contractors and getting advice around the neighbourhood. Local contractors in Oakville and Burlington would come and give me a quote so high that I was leaning towards DIY, but as a first timer I was hesitant in taking the risk. Outside the town, I had a wide range of quotations, high and surprisingly low. The low quotes may had been a headache into the project so I avoided them. After interviewing Townhill Construction, a group of young individuals, determined to make a name for themselves in the market, impressed me with their guarantees, knowledge and professionalism. The guys who run the company are at the project site every time and most times working on technical tasks. I have been very impressed with them and wanted to give a shout out to them on this forum. My neighbour was surprised by the quality of work and the reasonable cost of the project. These guys are honest, on time and polite.

We bought a house that required renovations top to bottom, complete kitchen/ bathroom remodel, and flooring; we did not know where to start. However, the Townhill Construction team did a great job planning it out with us every step of the way. Their professionalism and expertise helped us finish our home renovation project on time and on budget.

We were pleased with their recommendations to adjust and modify based on specs and our budget. They were extremely flexible in terms of working with us on changes mid way through. They communicated every step of the way any questions or concerns we had. We really liked the fact they are willing to work with us on design, material and timing.

Townhill Construction team is very reliable, we had work done by other contractors who did not finish the job and disappear mid way. With most contractors, you have the fear that they will not fully know what they are doing; however not with Townhill Construction, they are expert in their field of work. We could not have been happier with the job they did. They took their time with details and adding finishing touches in the kitchen. They are very knowledgeable in the renovation area, and work with their customers patiently till they are happy with the end results.

We will definitely call them back in the future for any additional renovations or remodel. We highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
